I called in my order twice and somehow they still managed to get it wrong. i don’t have the patience to keep repeating the same thing and still end up with the wrong order. Definitely not doing that again

The driver was proper polite and gave me a quick call when he got outside. He didn’t rush me at the door or anything, which I apreciated, and the pizza was still nice and hot. Seemed like a nice bloke made the whole order feel easy.

I asked for a refund it felt like it just kept dragging on. I had to keep following up, and every time I got some vague promise about it being “looked into” or “sorted soon,” but nobody actually gave me a clear answer.
I get that mistakes happen, but the refund side of things was really frustrating. If they’d just been upfront instead of giving me the runaround, it might’ve been different, but after this I wouldn’t order from them again

I ordered from Snappy Tomato Pizza and, the sides ended up being the best part for me. The wedges came hot and crispy on the outside, with that soft middle you want, and the garlic bread had plenty of flavour without turning soggy.

I also tried the chicken strips, and they tasted fresh rather than dry like they can be from some places. The portions were decent too. I wouldn’t say everything was mind-blowing, but the sides were genuinely good and I’d happily order them again.

It was mostly just cheese and sauce with a few bits scattered around, which made it feel like I didn’t really get what I paid for. I’ve ordered from here a few times now and honestly — they’ve been reliable every single time. The pizza still turns up hot, and the driver actually finds my flat with no hassle, which is rare around here.

My pizza order showed up late and one of the items was missing, which was frustrating at the time, lol. Not exactly what you want when you’re already hungry and waiting around.

I emailed them about it and it did take a little while to get a reply, but they refunded the missing item and apologised. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they did sort it in the end. I’d maybe give them another try, just not rushing back anytime soon

The only annoying bit was using it on my phone. The site felt slow. Then after paying, I wasn’t totally sure it had actually gone through. Bit of a pause. Bit of refreshing. Checked my email just to be safe.

Pizza did turn up fine in the end, so it wasn’t a big issue. Just think the ordering page could be clearer, especially around the payment confirmation

I didn’t think it would get here that quick, but the pizza arrived fast and was still warm enough to enjoy. Not bad at all.

The base was soft with a nice crispy edge, the cheese tasted proper fresh, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings either. It also arrived hot, which makes such a difference. Would definitely order again.

Picked up my order and the staff were genuinely really friendly. The guy at the counter had a laugh with me, checked everything was right, and just made the whole visit easy. It’s nice to deal with people who treat customers properly and take a bit of pride in doing things the right way. I’ll definitely use them again...

The chips weren’t great either, a bit soggy like they’d been sitting in the bag for a while.
The flavour was still fine and the toppings were decent, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad meal. I just have a standard when it comes to takeaway, and for me it makes a big difference when everything arrives hot and fresh. Would’ve been much better if the temperature had been right.

I tried asking about my order the tone of the reply just came across really rude, like I was annoying them by even asking. I didn’t get any proper help, just blunt answers, and then they stopped replying. The pizza might be alright, but that kind of attitude really puts me off. I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again, to be honest.
